A doula is valuable no matter the experience level she has. She has a vested interest in helping you achieve the birth you desire. We created this sub-page on our site to let you know about the doulas in training in our area. When they are just beginning, they can be an impassioned support for you and your spouse. Often though, they may require more paperwork from you, some other guidelines since they are still in training. They may need to make a phone call to get some advice at times. This does not decrease their value or training. At this time, we do not have any doulas in training working with us.
